PHS Mandated Conflict of Interest Disclosures
Avaxia has posted the following documents to comply with 42 CFR Part 50 Subpart F federal regulations on theResponsibility of Applicants for Promoting Objectivity in Research for which PHS Funding is Sought andResponsible Prospective Contractors, commonly known as the Financial Conflict of Interest regulations (the “Regulations”). Under the Regulations, the federal government requires that all recipients of grants and certain other funding from the Public Health Service (PHS), including without limitation the National Institutes of Health, have a conflict of interest policy that covers significant financial interests of individuals who design, conduct, or report PHD funded research. Under the Regulations, this conflict of interest policy and any disclosures of potential conflicts of interest must be posted on the website of the recipient.
